Description
Jug Property Management is looking for an associate handyman to join our team and to help maintain our portfolio of properties, in the city of Rochester, NY.
Primary Responsibilities include assisting with turnover, and painting vacant units.
We pay $18/hr, with high potential for growth as the company expands.
- You must be able to provide references for your painting
- You must have a reliable form of transportation.
- We will provide all materials needed
- This is a part time role (25 hours/week)
Bonus points if you:
1. Have your own tools
2. Have experience with Plumbing, Drywall, Painting, Electrical, or HVAC
We are willing to take people on with less experience, but who have a strong work ethic and ability to learn.
