Very young budgie (parakeet) hand fed from 3 weeks on. Very sweet and should be easy to tame as it is less than 6 weeks old. I cannot determine gender at this young age. Has a tiny 'crest' on its head--this is a perk, not a defect! Re-homing fee of $25 (without cage).
