A lot of breeders on here, which of course are prohibited in the first place. but what makes it worse is, like a recent cat posting where it says "medicals are your responsibility". so what was the breeders responsibility exactly? just producing more animals? anyway, if you are buying a pet make sure the breeder has at least vaccinated it.
