The operations lead is a key position at JW Treuth and oversees various departments throughout the business. The qualified candidate will have the following the experience: • HACCP Training or experience with USDA guidelines and inspection • Pricing/purchasing/ meat products & seafood • Retail store – specials, marketing, presentation, etc. • Wholesale meat operations • Personnel management • Special projects The qualified candidate is responsible for: • Overseeing the plants HACCP plan and interfacing with USDA/FSIS inspection • Completing all records for HACCP and ensuring plant compliance with all regulations • Reviewing & management of plant operations • Completing special projects • Overseeing the retail manager of our retail store & e-commerce • Organizing daily completion of wholesale orders We are aggressively seeking to fill this position so please do not delay in applying.
