Property Maintenance and Marketing Driver Local, professional real estate investment company hiring a full-time 40 hour per week team player. We own and manage residential real estate. We buy and sell homes. This is a unique position that will help you learn and grow your knowledge about real estate. We want you to develop and become better. Day-to-day tasks and projects will change. Job Description -Property maintenance repairs such as painting, electrical, plumbing, installing fixtures, trash cleanup, landscape maint., installing appliances, screwing, sawing, and cutting material to be installed or removed from a property being repaired. -Protecting assets, assessing property conditions, taking photos of property conditions, and photos of work completed. -Sending and receiving emails and text messages regarding work assignments and work schedule. -Driving company vehicles on predetermined routes scouting properties in the following counties… Tulare, Fresno, Kings, Kern and San Luis. Job Requirements -Good driving record. You will be driving a company vehicle. -Newer phone to send and receive photos and work schedule. -Previous criminal record ok if discussed. -Experience with hand tools, painting, landscaping and property maintenance. -The ability to stay cool and calm, and the desire to take on new projects. -The ability to want to learn and take on new projects to grow your experiences. -Desire to take on projects and work safely. -Work independently with little to no supervision -Effectively communicate with any issues that may arise -Professional and take pride in all your work.
