landscaping and labor assistance needed

I am doing a lot of landscaping work in my yard and I need some assistance. To be honest is a lot of hard labor, moving rocks, dirt, digging trenches, leveling the ground, etc. In addition to the landscaping, I will be building a couple decks and I want help with moving lumber and other general carpentry assistance. I have all the tools necessary, I just need to helping hands. In total there is probably a couple weeks of work available and I'd like to find someone to be consistent in their assistance. I'm paying $22 an hour and would like to start on Tues or Wednesday this week.
