Businesses in Prescott are reducing hours, closing early, or not opening at all at times and they claim people don't want to work - however many of us are willing to do the jobs but not for minimum wage. In fact, businesses hire people at $12 an hour and they get their $12 dollars worth of work. Employers will eventually get the point. Pay a good, decent, livable wage and YOU will get good, decent workers - But many won't even consider this. Sad.
