Janitorial day person and window cleaner

I am looking for a day person for janitorial work in Tigard. $15 per hour to start, must have a vehicle and experience in office settings. The work is between 9am and 4:30pm roughly, about 36-38 hours per week. Consists of standard day porter duties: disinfecting touch points, picking up restrooms, wipe clean counters and mirrors, remove some trash, clean entry glass. Touch up cleaning and keeping facility presentable. I am also looking for a commercial window cleaner: Portland Metro and Vancouver area. Hourly wage negotiable on experience, but a $15 per hour minimum. mainly lower level cleaning, all supplies provided. (this is PT work)
