Central Oregon Heavy Construction Superintendent (Full Time) Robinson & Owen Heavy Construction, Inc www.robinsonandowen.com Public Works and Private Excavation; all phases of street construction; installation of infrastructure (water/sewer/conduit) Essential Functions: • Read and understand specs and plans • Manage multiple subcontractors --issue /manage contracts & change orders • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, management, and employees • Responsible for conducting and monitoring all work to see it is performed safely and in accordance with the plans, specifications and the schedule; Monitor the on-site performance of subs, suppliers, labor and equipment • Maintain quality control and safety awareness, and enforce job clean ups • Assist in developing a job strategy and project safety plan • Help maintain a current project record including shop drawings, as-builts, etc. • Coordinate and schedule special and permit-required inspections • Assist in successfully closing out a project in a timely, efficient manner • Assist to ensure that all as-builts are properly prepared and presented Qualifications: Applicants must have at least 2-5 years experience.
