We have a few building maintenance/ handyman gigs available and also coming up... so we are looking for a dependable, knowledgeable, highly skilled and hard-working individual for North and South Austin and surrounding cities. This is a part time gigs that has potential to be full time for the right person so we need someone who is flexible.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a building maintance or similar role.
Solid work experience with plumbing and electrical systems a jack of all trades.
Must have dependable transportation and pass criminal background.
Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
Extremely organized with good communication skills.
Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
