Job Title: Commercial Lawncare Maintenance Forman TLC Lawn & Landscape is looking for an honest, dependable, mature, career oriented person to operate a Landscape work order truck serving our commercial landscape customers across DFW. We are looking for a long term, year round employee with a good attitude, that's not afraid to get their hands dirty. All work is done outside in almost all types of weather conditions. Lifting requirements are up to 70 lbs. Applicants must be self motivated and have good leadership skills. Bi-lingual is a plus. Must be able to legally work in the US and have a valid drivers license. Must have access to transportation to our facility off of US-380. Work hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 to 5:30. This is a year round job. Starting pay is $18-$20 per hour based on experience. Job duties are: pull a trailer, operating a zero turn mower, operate a bobcat, install mulch, tree trimming and tree removal, property clean ups, shrub trimming, install new plants, and general landscape duties. TLC Lawn & Landscape has been serving commercial customers in Fort Worth, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and Houston since 1987. We’re growing and need career oriented people to join our team. Responsibilities: Involved in the installation of landscape and services, while also supervising and managing crew members. Ensures that all installation work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards. Ensures that all equipment is operated safely and maintenance procedures are followed. Interacts with clients in order to help ensure job satisfaction. Leads by example. Reports for duty at the designated location on time each day. Follows directions from supervisor. Communicates well with all crew members, supervisor, and clientele. Monitors all tools equipment and machinery for needed maintenance. Track and record all job expenses and hours worked accurately. Maintain a clean and safe job site. Requirements: (3+ years preferred) experience Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Driver’s License and good driving record Excellent attention to detail Verbal & written communications skills Good time management skills; be available for long hours all year round Ability to prioritize and multi-task Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background (i.e. clientele, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other designers) Clean and professional appearance Punctual and dependable Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
