Do you enjoy driving? Are you looking for an extra few hundred dollars a month? Look no further. Our real estate investing team is looking for a driver for what is termed, "Driving for Dollars" - the job is easy and straightforward. Here's what you will be task with doing: 1) You pick a day (we prefer weekends but are flexible!) where you are free for a few hours. 2) You pick up 100 door hangers from the owner of our company (he can meet you where you are!) 3) With the help of our team, you will choose a town in Chittenden County to drive around and place door hangers on distressed and old single-family properties. By distressed, we mean houses that look like they could use some work - the worst the condition, the better (chipped paint, half done renovations, unkept lawn - you get the point). 4) By the end of your shift, you will meet back up with our owner and for each door hanger you place, we will compensate you 25 cents/door hanger PLUS $100 that same day. No waiting, nothing. 5) To ensure you are actually placing door hangers up, you will have to keep track of the houses you place them on and a member of our team will do an audit (this will only happen for your first few shifts so that we can ensure you are accountable and not just throwing the door hangers away so you can get paid - if this even crossed your mind, don't bother reaching out and don't waste our time). 6) That's it! If you are reliable, honest, and trustworthy, we will extend the work with you and give you additional compensation. This is a zero-stress job and can be done at your pace. There are a few more things we'd like to cover like safety, what to look for, etc., but first, reach out to us and we can schedule a time to speak over the phone.
