Simple metal fab request for adapter bracket

Got access to a CNC or machine shop? I’ve got what I hope is a simple request. I need an adapter bracket to safely secure a Rotopax gas tank to a motorcycle case mounting. Approximate dimensions are 11” by 16” or so overall with two folds. Needs ten 5mm screw holes to interface to the brackets on both sides, and would like some larger cutouts on the folded-down sides for clipping in tiedown straps. See attached pictures for what I have in mind. Open on material, as long as it’s robust and clean it could be steel or aluminum or something else that looks clean and works with the bike (Ducati Hyperstrada) I can drop off the top and bottom brackets and the pattern for you to work with.
