Looking to start RnB/Soul project

Been super in to the whole R&B and Soul revival scene recently and would love to maybe put together a group or something. Been listening to a lot of Charles Bradley, Durand Jones and the Indictations, Lady Wray, Monophonics, Budos Band, The Menahan Street Band and a lot of others. All my music background is in more psych rock and heavier rock but have been really wanting to do a soul/R&B project. I’m in my late 20s and looking for people in the same range. I am 420 friendly and okay with drinking but don’t want to party. I have another band already but would love to do this as a side project. I have professional gear and transportation. Hit me up if anyone wants to try anything!
