Small one bedroom apartment needs cleaning once a week/plus laundry

I have a small one bedroom. I just want a relatively quick cleaning. It's light work. I do want one load of laundry done though each week. on occasion two loads of laundry. I like to hang out my shirts to dry, so if you have a clothes line that's a plus but not necessary. Also if you have a carpet cleaner for the high traffic area, the area in front of the couch and maybe 1/3 of the living room could be hit. The carpets are light, so they will need this once in a while. Email me the price. I provide cleaning supplies. Except the carpet cleaner.
