Description
Found a bully with cropped ears that the flies have just eaten at its ears and it has many scabs. Outdoor dog neglected. If someone can take it and find it a home, it would be greatly appreciated as I cannot have dogs. I do not have pictures. Can a rescue or a foster person please take it?
