What you will need: Mow Experience and Machine Experience (Is a must) Routine Maintenance (Pulling weeds, prune shrubs, pick up trash, etc.) Positive References Leadership Skills Attention to Detail (This is a must!) Ability to Identify Plant Matter Ability to Interact with Customers Punctual Sense of Urgency Required: Valid Drivers License Clean MVR Related experience (1 year minimum)
