Looking to hire part time groundskeeper

Good morning! We are looking for a grounds keeper. 10 hours per week (open to more if needed), $15 per hour. It would be basic landscaping type work. Blowing, weed whacking, spraying, pulling weeds, raking, rearranging drainage stones, clean up of tree debris, etc. We have about 3 acres of property we keep neat and have been through multiple landscaping companies but they are just not doing well enough for the price…we do have a zero turn mower, weed whacker, blower, commercial grade backpack sprayer as well as hand held, etc. We would provide the fuel, pesticides or anything else you may need. Looking for someone who somewhat knows/enjoys this type of work. Wanting to work as a team, so if you see something we should/could do like mulching, planting, etc we are always open to it! We are easy going people to work for/with. Ideal candidate must like animals/at least not be scared of them.
