Hi there, I am an artist looking for a studio space in Albuquerque or surrounding areas. I do not need a lot of space, but a big enough space to paint in. I am willing to use a room in the house, a shed in the backyard, a side house if it is small enough, or really any space provided for me. I can do yard work, housework, cooking, or whatever is needed around the house to help out. I can also offer some money for rent. I paint with oils and do sculpture work. I know how to stay to myself, especially when creating and I am very respectful and quiet. I am a young woman and prefer privacy while working, but am also down to connect and have conversations or share meals. I have a small dog who is my service animal.
