We have some office space in which we need to have 4 foot fluorescent bulbs replaced with plug-and-play LED bulbs the same size. The ballasts need to be completely disconnected with each fixture. The total bulbs will be about 400 or 4 in each fixtures or so. Installation Manual: We will pay someone with a fixed price for the entire job.
