Wanting a dog of his own to train

My grandson wants his own dog to train n raise n be his 100% his..,I have a small/ med size dog n a Rottweiler, a cat, turtles, fish, live in country my neighbor has small farm( great)).., I would love another rot but being on ssdi I can’t afford one. A non slumbering saint would be awesome. Ok wish list over. What I need is a free or very low priced dog. And don’t worry about it, it will be loved …. I want my grandson to take control of this dog train him and make him his best friend ( he loves animals) his birthday is next weekend,,, that would be the best thing in the world for me to watch his face.. will if any of you have or know anyone plz help me.
