In search of small female dog

My kids and I are looking for a small dog, preferably under 25 pounds and a puppy or still young. Someone was supposed to give us a puppy and they changed their mind. So now I have $200 worth of stuff for a new puppy and no puppy! Willing to pay small rehoming fee. Can't afford anything to expensive. She will be loved and well taken care of with lots of attention.
