Need Dependable Plumber to Service Multiple Properties

I own a few properties and I need a plumber to do regular plumbing maintenance on these properties. You must be dependable, on time and offer reasonable rates. The most urgent issue is a washing machine discharge line that leaks beneath a furnace. In the 1st picture, the furnace is behind the door on the left closest to the camera. The water leaks where the floor vent has been removed in the second picture. Once this has been completed there are handful of other plumbing jobs that need to be taken care of. Please let me know what you would charge to do this repair and your availability.
