Maintenance Manager at Storage Facilities

We are a family owned company that owns storage facilities in the Oklahoma City area and are looking for a reliable, hard working Maintenance Manager to join our team. Currently, the job offers 2 days a week in either Oklahoma City or Norman based on the maintenance needs of the facilities. As we add more storage facilities in Oklahoma City, the job will grow to a full time job working at 4-5 facilities each month. Maintenance Manager Duties & Responsibilities Monthly Mowing and weedeating Blowing property Weed control with weedkiller Spraying pest control around and in all buildings Sweeping hallways of climate controlled buildings Keeping property spotless with no trash, debris visible anywhere Checking water level in golf cart batteries and topping off Ensuring golf cart battery terminals are clean and no corrosion present As needed Trimming all bushes and trees to keep them manicured Painting bollards, gates and keypad posts and other areas Drywall repair Electrical repair to include swapping out light fixtures, light bulbs Plumbing repair to include faucets and toilets Minor repairs to building doors, roll up doors and other areas Spraying Weed Stopper to prevent weeds from coming up twice a year Keeping rodent bait stations baited Keeping banners around property clean and replacing as needed Cleaning and wiping down golf cart Replace HVAC filters quarterly in office and climate controlled buildings Storage Unit Maintenance Replacing rubber seal on bottom of door Replacing hasps Washing and/or sweeping units out Washing outside of doors to get rid of dirt/dust buildup Leak repair inside unit and on roof with sealant Cutting locks
