JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the full assembly and installation of solar systems Ability to work with products such as SolarEdge, Enphase, LG, Panasonic, Tesla Main Panel Electric (MPUs) upgrades, de-rates and sub-panels, relocate breakers, AC disconnects, grounding, ability to bend conduit and other general electrical knowledge (panel wiring, electrical wiring and electrical testing) Ability to Install Tesla or LG batteries and EV chargers is big plus Effectively manage all aspects of the construction workflow Organize, lead, and train crew members to successfully complete the job; ensure the clean-up of job site Focus on safety of the crew at all times is critical; follow and enforce all construction safety guidelines and OSHA regulations (lead by example) Complete installation on various roof types as well as ground mounts; mount racking, modules, and electrical equipment Document completion of completed installation; collecting data and photos for each job Effectively communicate the status of each job to the management team Supervise team and the troubleshooting of projects; motivate team members as necessary and great attention to detail Interpret and Read blueprints and schematics to wire accordingly Drive Company vehicle to and from jobs safely; maintain a current driver's license and a clean driving record to safely operate a company vehicle Responsible for the truck tools and material inventory Other tasks and duties as needed REQUIREMENTS 3 years of solar or electrical experience including managing staff; extensive knowledge of electrical code Journeyman Electric License or C-10 preferred but not required Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc.) Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work on rooftops and able to work on your feet for long periods of time Excellent customer service skills required with a strong team spirit, and cooperative with others Independent; self starter and regular, reliable and predictable attendance is required Must be flexible with schedule and hours; may perform required travel for extended periods at a time Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment Applicant must have strong work ethic, positive attitude, and be a team player Must have a valid state driver’s license Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and DMV clearance Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs Must be able to lift and pull 50lbs High school diploma or GED required Additional expertise desired but not required: residential construction background or the construction industry in general Call 714-454-9815 or apply directly at: www.sunlux.com
