Hello, We currently manage 4 Duplex's in good condition. All properties are in safe location within 15 minutes of downtown. All south of 30th st. We are looking for a handy man to handle basic tenant issues. Issues include Minor Drywall repair, Minor Pluming issues. (Most of these are 2 bed up stairs with bathroom upstairs so the leaks will typically be due to wax ring issues or bathtub or sink leaking into downstairs kitchen. Some other minor issues which will come up such as doors/ knobs/ locks needing replaced. Window AC units being replaced. Appliance hookup such as Washer/ Dryer/ Stove Maybe some minor outdoor work. Some post tenant move out cleanup. We are also looking to build our team of skilled tradesmen so please message us if you are looking for particular work! No Electrical work will be necessary. No major rehab will be expected. Water Heater replacement is most major issue we can foresee you doing. Must have a phone and transportation. Must be willing to accept Electronic payments cashapp/ Venmo/ Quickpay WE PAY THE DAY OF OR WILL MAIL YOU CHECK. Must be able to send pictures of completed work. We pay $20/Hr or can pay by the job. Some months may have a lot of work / some may have none. Depends on your skillset and how eager you are to work.
