After you authorize then we will obtain Medical records from your treating doctor or emergency room visit if any for COPD. Participants age group 40 to 80 years old. * NO COST TO YOU FOR ANY STUDY RELATED TESTING AND TREATMENT. * This study Pays you $100.00 for each office visit. There will be total of 8 or 9 visits. * Participant will receive compensation on the same day of the completed office visit. * No Insurance is necessary to participate. * Completely Confidential per applicable laws. * No reports to schools or employers.
