Need some gas funds

I dont usually do this not one to ask for a hand out but i need some gas funds for this month.I have not been able to work in the last 2 years been on medical bed rest and can not work, can't seem to find a source of income that I can actually do with out needing to get back to laying down so I'm not in severe chronic pelvic pain! I don't have a whole lot to give or trade for some gas funds but I'll do my best to either pay it back in a timely manner or give/trade something I own for compensation. I just really need a little help right now please find it in your heart to help a soul in need you won't regret it!!
