Description
Coco is a lab mix. Mixed with what, I’m not sure. She’s about 1.5 years old. Her previous owner was less than honest with me regarding her chewing on things, which I asked about specifically. I intend to be 100% honest here so that you know exactly what you’re getting into.
Coco is not a confident dog and is fearful around anyone she meets for the first time. She will bark and nip until she feels comfortable, which can range anywhere from a few minutes to about 20 minutes. She barks incessantly at my neighbors even though she knows them. She doesn’t stop. I have to bring her in when they’re in their back yard so that they (and I) can have peace.
SHE IS A CHEWER. She has destroyed a $600 love seat, every remote I have ever owned, shoes, sandals, pillows, blankets, pens, EVERYTHING. I’m sick and tired of wondering what she will have strewn all over my living room every day when I open my front door on my return from work.
She needs a constant companion that can tolerate her. She is extremely high energy and I can’t give her the exercise she needs to be satisfied, hence the destructive behavior. She could use some training as well. She’s good around other dogs, but I wouldn’t trust her with cats.
Despite everything, she is a very sweet dog that deserves a good home, and it’s with a very heavy heart that I give her up. I just can’t take it any more.
She is not fixed, and she needs her shots. FREE TO A GOOD HOME.
