Sick Delta Betta and small snails

A family member gave me this male Delta Betta to get rid of because they cant care for it and so it is very unhealthy. I cant take it so its free to whoever can pick it up as soon as they can today, September 5th. He comes with absolutely nothing. Just a small travel tupperware and some small snails.
