My 10 year old daughter was removed from my custody August 4, 2021 ordered by the Fourth Judicial District Court of Provo, Utah the commissioner was Sean Peterson, because he didn't like how I replied to the lies of the petitioner. These criminals believing they're Gods, have no tolerance for anyone that stands up against them, to which I did. He punished me for replying in truth, even though my daughter has been in my custody since she was born, and I have kept our address private to protect her from a fraudulent court order. Keary acted as a predator and manipulated her on Tik Tok., to get out address. I have retained an attorney and she isn't doing her job. If you don't already know Lawyers are officers of the court and Attorneys are lower than that. These courts are about equity, but they have inverted the truth. Lawyers take an oath to the crown to protect the creditors, which is nothing more than a bankrupt corporation that claims to be government. My attorney is not acting in defending the law, she is acting in defending legal fiction. She is telling me that I have to consent to parent time and agree to take a psychological evaluation, due to my "extreme" political beliefs because the Guardian Ad Litem, that I clearly communicated was not appropriate, is out to teach me a lesson, because I have been calling all of these criminals cover. I have been trying to protect my daughter from her father since birth. He has never managed to get any court of law to grant him any legal rights until, this court didn't like a woman telling the truth. They forced a kidnapping upon me handing my daughter to her pimp father.
