This morning these two puppies were dropped off at my work with this heartbreaking note. A coworker and I are fostering them to get them back to health, but we will need good homes for then to go to when they are healthy!! If you are interested in them please contact me. The black and white is a male, the brown and white is female. They look to be small breeds, possibly chihuahua and jack russell mix.
