Description
We are moving out of the country and cannot take our cats with us. We hate to do it because they are our babies but we just can't take them.
Lily is an 8 yr old Russian Blue cat. She's healthy and great with kids and dogs. She does get along with our other cat but she's been with her since she was a kitten. She does NOT get along with any other cats so she would not do well in a household that already has a cat. Our daughter carries her around the house like a baby doll and she has never once scratched or bit her. Lily is the most patient cat we've ever known. She has never had a health concern and is very healthy, although she is a typical house cat and is a little overweight. She is not up to date on her rabies vaccine, but she is a fully indoor cat and the only animals she comes in contact with are up to date on their shots. She is a short haired cat but does need to be brushed. Russian Blues have a little thicker hair than a typical short haired cat and she can get matts on her back. She loves to be brushed and it's never been a problem to do it. She eats Blue Buffalo kibble and we'll send you with plenty of it to ensure she keeps eating the same food. It's not terribly expensive and we can easily buy it at Target.
This is hard for us and it's like giving away one of our children. Please only inquire if you're very serious and willing to keep her for the rest of her life. We're happy to answer any questions or set up a meet and greet to see if she's a good fit for your family.
