I am in search of a reliable, hardworking, critical thinker to help with small projects that arise on two triplexes my partner and I own in Columbia. My hope would be to find someone who can take care of small to do lists and must be willing and able to text before and after pictures of the projects. For example, a few projects that need to be completed currently are installing two vanity mirrors, repairing two holes in damaged drywall, touch up painting, replacing a toilet wax ring, caulking the exterior wherever needed, and landscaping. I will also visit the area intermittently to work on larger projects, such as replacing floors, installing siding, and painting. I would be happy to have help during these projects. Experience is a plus, but an eager, reliable, hardworking individual willing to learn works well for me too (happy to teach).
