Hello, I'm looking to get 9 (Nine) Fence post holes dug and the 4x4x8 Lumber Installed and Cemented. This requires them to be Plumbed correctly and Cemented correctly. (Update) This Job is ON the 10th of Sept or Shortly After. (Lumber delivery) I will be providing the Lumber And the Cement. I just need the holes Dug and the Posts installed. I will be installing Wooden Fence panels. There will need to be some light clearing done of the area. I have NO equipment... Which means you are required to bring your own. There is 1 spot that might be a bit tricky as it's right next to a tree. Pictures attached. This is 72Ft.. Which means Holes dug for every 8ft. This will need to be done in a Single day.. Cash on Completion. I'm offering $270; Which equates to $30/per hole. I'm old and busted.. and it took 45 minutes to do 1 hole... Which means.. about 7 hours worth of work. That's $38.58/Hr (1 Person). If you have 2 people that's 19.29/Hr (Which you should). If you owned an Auger.. holes could be dug in 10 minutes easily. Updated: This really is a 2 person Job... If I have not responded to you please don't be offended.. I'm going in order received and responding.. I'm responding to people who let me know they have the man Power and the equipment.. First. Last thing I need is someone dying in this heat trying to One man show this.. The Pay is $270 Flat for the job..
