Description

General handyman and maintenance tasks for multiple condominium associations, 20 - 25 hours per week. Tasks include pressure washing, cleaning, repairs, policing the grounds for trash, painting, and other maintenance as needed. A minimum of 3 years experience in hotel, condo or motel maintenance required. Must have own tools. A valid driver's license is required. Must be able to pass a background check.
