We have 7 5 month old roosters of dual purpose breeds these birds are friendly get along well with each other, people, kids, and dogs. Make lovely pets. They are all Rhode Island Reds, Black Copper Marans, Easter Egger mixes. They are dual purpose so also good for breeding or humane processing.
