Need spark plugs changed ASAP

Hello I am looking for someone that can change my spark plugs that won't knock my head of as I'm low on cash due to all bills being paid. The engine light is blinking and it won't go over 60. No code comes up when I took it to Auto Zone. They stated likely bad spark plug. Arlington area 2015 Kia Sorento LX- 4 cylinder
