Come join the fun and dance the night away! There will be raffle drawings, silent auctions, dancing and more! Costumes are optional! Big Cypress German Shepherd Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are hoping to bring more awareness to our rescue organization! 100% of the proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to our rescue. This will help provide food, medical, boarding, deworming, vaccines, microchipping, spays/neuters, preventatives, puppy formula, pee pads, development toys, training treats and more. We are devoted to the rescue and rehabilitation of displaced German Shepherd Dogs. We use a combination of positive reinforcement training, nutrition, exercise, and compassion to help our rescued dogs become companions in a loving forever home. We are specifically committed to the German Shepherd breed, due to their intelligence, focus, loyalty, and high energy. We have a special interest in dogs exhibiting fear aggression. Our rescue is entirely staffed by volunteers, and we rely on our community to help us provide support for these wonderful dogs while they are undergoing their rehabilitation and training. Our volunteers include many active members of the Naples and surrounding communities, including a retired Naples firefighter, a Collier County Sheriff's deputy, a pediatrician, elementary school teachers, a certified canine rehabilitation practitioner, a CPA, several dog trainers and handlers, and members of the service and nonprofit industries. We strive to provide the displaced German Shepherd Dogs of our community with forever homes, and in turn, educate the public about this breed and create a network of like-minded dog owners who can learn from and support each other.
