Tennis Court Care+Light Maintenance+Food Pick up+Ice/Water replenishment 55 east entry road compensation: $18/hour+Lunch and Dinner provided most work days during shift employment type: part-time STATEN ISLAND Seasonal Tennis Light court and facility maintenance and other work at Richmond County Country Club, Staten Island, NY TENNIS BACKGROUND helpful but not necessary STATEN ISLAND Compensation: $18/hour Employment type: part-time Hours: 2 to 8 hours a day depending on availability of employee and skill set. (NOTE: We will be closing for the season in late October...there might be some extra work in tennis or elsewhere at the club for the right person after October.) JOB - Job entails grooming the tennis courts, managing weeds, trash, recycling and light cleaning/maintenance on court and around the facility. The position requires a professional, friendly and outgoing personality and a neat appearance. Our work environment is busy and there are frequent tasks that need to be performed. Hours are flexible...this can be done in the evening or early morning as well as a full day. Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds at times. WHO WE WANT - We are looking for someone who is professional and who constantly works to make the Club environment a better place. Having experience in the service industry preferred. Applicants who are outgoing, well groomed, self-motivated and available weekdays and weekends are well suited for this position. Working hard and finding ways to improve the Tennis Center are traits that will help you succeed here.
