We are looking to hire someone that that has experience, and is proficient in construction and home remodeling. Average expected pay varies between $1000 to $2500 per week. Do it yourself, or hire it out. Most work will consist of remodeling mobile homes, and performing maintenance on rental housing. A good general knowledge of plumbing, framing, electrical, drywall, and trim work is a must. Remodel work will be based on the scope of the project (will go over before each project), while maintenance will be paid by the hour and includes an additional flat rate just for taking the call. Maintenance hourly rate is between $20-$30 an hour based on experience, quality, and time required to complete the job. Work can be spread across the Tri-Cities, and may be in Kingsport, Johnson City, Elizabethton, Jonesborough, and Erwin.
