Join us for yoga at Beervana Taphouse located in Newport News, Virginia. Join us at Beervana in Newport News for our yoga and beer event! This one hour class is a fun, and unique experience. Start your Saturday morning with movement, creativity, and wellness followed by a pint or glass of wine. You can even hang out after the event to socialize and order food. All Anchor Yoga classes are designed for all levels of experience and are taught with the beginner yogi in mind, while offering additional options to level-up for those who like a challenge. Our goal is for everyone to feel welcome, and to experience the beautiful practice of yoga, a moving meditation. Our class style is detailed, fun and creative with a focus on gratitude and mindfulness. Bring your own yoga mat. Yoga mats are available for rent at $7 a mat. Cash only and limited number available. First come, first serve. This event is open to individuals age 14+. Ticket includes: Yoga class + one pint of beer. Individuals under 21 will receive a free soda instead of a beer. Gratuity is not included in ticket price, attendees are responsible for tipping for service.
