Dominican Dembow Dance Fitness Class The Class In this class we will be working out to the rhythm of Dominican Dembow music. The music alone is enough to make you feel good. But the instructor has curated a playlist and workout that is guaranteed to leave you smiling, sweating and feeling sexy long after the class ends. This class will feel more like a night a club with your home-girls than a workout. You will be shaking your tail feather, doing body rolls and more. Then after class, we will join to replenish and enjoy the Goddess Juice by Romeo's Juices and a possible dance-party/off (who knows!). The Music Dominican Dembow is a genre of music that originated from the Dominican Republic. It can be described as a fusion of techno and reggaeton. Dominican Dembow brings the Caribbean vibe with a modern flare. Many songs consist of witty lyrics and a catchy rhythm that just makes you want to move. The Teacher Dominican Dembow Fitness Class will be lead by Woven Royal founder, Charlene. Charlene danced out of her mothers womb. She has a background in Ballet, Latin, Street dance and more. She's won talent competitions with her choreography and is a Dominican Dembow fanatic. Her family comes from the Dominican Republic and Charlene often brings brand new music with her after her frequent trips to the country.
