So good, we had to bring it back! 80's hair-band themed charity spin class to benefit the American Lung Association! So good the first time, we had to do it again!!! On September 26th  we are hosting another incredibly fun, challenging, and (most importantly), charitable event. The Kickstart Your Heart Charity Spin Class will be an 80's hair band-blaring, concert t-shit wearing, all around totally awesome event hosted by Ana DeRosa and Dana Kelly to raise money for the American Lung Association's Fight for Air Climb in Boston, MA, on March 28th, 2020 . All money raised through class ticket sales will be donated directly to the American Lung Association. Come for music, come for the fun, (come for the goodie bags!), but most importantly, come to support an incredible organization! Her 8th climb in Boston, MA will continue to be dedicated to her Pop,  who has been dealing with the often interfering, generally unpleasant and sometimes truly horrible challenges that come with severe Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, (COPD), for years. This climb is not only a way to honor him, but also to help move research forward to find new treatments and, hopefully, a cure.  Ana DeRosa is an accomplished and sought out certified spin instructor who teaches at various BSC locations throughout the metro area.  She provides a high-energy workout with clear instruction that allows students to participate at the level they feel most comfortable and still get a considerable workout, regardless if they have taken hundreds of classes or have never taken a class at all.
