Yard work and general light maintenance

I need back surgery and can't do much maintenance anymore. Right now there is cleanup from last week's storm. Generally there is some weeding, brush removal, mulching etc. In the fall there is a lot of leaf blowing and outdoor furniture storage. There may be some light maintenance. Must have own transportation. This is part time work.
