Weeding and move rowing machine upstairs

Description

We neglected a portion of the garden in our back yard this year. Looking for someone to help us clean it up once and then come back and do end of year clean up later. Next year would want someone to do weeding once a month. Also have a 150 lb rowing machine I need help moving upstairs. Often things around house I need done so would be good to have someone able to lift heavy items to help when needed.
