Need 2 strong people to move furniture

On October 2 or 3 (depending on weather), I need 2 strong people to move furniture from a house to a dumpster. Only one heavy piece (small armoire) is upstairs. Two sofas, two bed frames, one queen mattress, one futon; three air conditioners, one wooden filing cabinet, 2 bookshelves (large but not heavy), a barbecue, assorted rugs, small tables, outdoor chairs, lamps. I estimate 4 hours of work, could be a little more.
