Part-Time HVAC Help Needed ASAP

I am looking for part time help that could turn into full time work if the right person comes along. I own an HVAC company that specializes in mini split heat pump install/ service. I recently moved out of state to bring my services to the Buffalo, NY area not anticipating the amount of customers that want me to do their installs in NH and are willing to wait. For that reason I am now operating in both states and struggling to keep up with the work. I have a 5 star rating on every website available and take pride in my trade. I am looking for someone willing to learn the way I do things and eventually run my NH operations while I am out of town. Until I find the right person, I am in NH working for the last 2 weeks of the month and NEED HELP ASAP to keep up with the existing work load. I understand this is an unusual request, but if you're willing to put the work in and learn the ways of the trade, there is HUGE room for advancement. Experience isn't necessary, but would be very helpful. Pay will depend on how mechanically inclined and motivated you are, but starts at $12 for an extra set of hands.
