VIVA FRIDA is back! Are you ready to take part in an unforgettable cultural experience? Join us on the noche of Friday, October 1, 2021 at the Mexican Heritage Plaza in San Jose. The gardens will be decked out, Frida touches will be present everywhere and the aroma of tacos and churros will make you feel like you are in a plaza in Mexico. Come enjoy tequila and mezcal tastings as you listen to live mariachi music. We have an amazing group of creative artisanal vendors and artists ready to bring their talented work to this event. This year, we are putting together some fun and innovative activities for guests to enjoy. One of the event highlights includes a LIVE Frida Paint Challenge showcasing local artists. Guests will witness how these artists transform a blank canvas into an incredible piece of art in just 30 minutes! Arte Azul is dedicated to promoting the Mexican culture by incorporating elements such as tequila, traditions, food, music and arts and crafts into their events in the San Francisco Bay Area. Arte Azul was founded by Mario Felipe and Claudia Barba. Their knowledge and strong passion for the Mexican culture is the driving force behind their events.  They have over 10 years of experience in event planning and the tequila industry and are certified by the Consejo Regulador del Tequila (CRT) to execute and promote events.
