I work on commercial and residential projects to complete additions, remodels, new construction and more. I am seeking various subcontractors such as: Painting Contractors Framing Contractors Drywall Contractors Concrete Contractors Roofing Contractors Window and Door Contractors HVAC Contractors Electrical Contractors Plumbing Contractors And more…. Before you reach out please make sure you have the following: Mass HIC (Home improvement Contractor) Registration (where required for work you do) General Liability Insurance Workman’s Comp (if you have employees) For HVAC, Electrical and plumbing: Must have appropriate licenses and insurance. Optional: OSHA Construction 10 or 30 LSR-S (Lead safe renovator supervisor) *Required for homes with lead paint All projects are permitted so proper licensing, registrations, and insurances are required.
